The ACN NSERC CREATE network is recruiting graduate students to participate in a fellowship training experience in Auditory Cognitive Neuroscience. Application submission deadline: January 20, 2012

The ACN NSERC CREATE network is recruiting graduate students to participate in a fellowship training experience in Auditory Cognitive Neuroscience. Graduate applicants who will be enrolled in a full-time graduate program in Autumn 2012 in an NSERC-related field (natural science and engineering) are eligible to apply. Graduate Fellowships may be awarded for 1-2 years and will begin in September 2012. Students/fellows are expected to conduct research with one of the training grant supervisors.

Citizens of all countries are eligible for the ACN-Create graduate awards.

Le réseau d’échange CRSNG-CREATE en Neurosciences Cognitives de l’audition invite les étudiants à postuler à une bourse de Maîtrise, de doctorat ou de postdoctorat. Les étudiants doivent être inscrit à partir de l’automne 2012 dans un programme correspondant au champ d’investigation du CRSNG (Sciences Naturelles et Génie).

  • Graduate fellowships: Awards include an annual stipend of $17,300 (Master’s level) or $21,000 (Doctoral level) to students enrolled full-time in an NSERC-related program, conducting research relevant to the goals of the Auditory Cognitive Neuroscience Training grant.
  • Postdoctoral applicants who have received their PhD in an NSERC-related field by August 31, 2012 are eligible to apply.Awards include an annual stipend of $40,000 to students enrolled full-time in an NSERC-related program, conducting research relevant to the goals of the Auditory Cognitive Neuroscience Training grant. NSERC stipends to Postdoctoral fellows are limited to a maximum of two years’ support.
