Study on Stage Fright
Even Igor Stravinsky experienced it when he performed his own piano concerto. Stage fright – we all know it.
You can practice public performing without consequences and help us to understand stage fright at the same time.
We are looking for advanced musicians playing flute, violin, viola, cello, clarinet, or oboe who are between 18 and 35 years old and experience modest to severe stage fright.
In 1 public and 1 private performance, we will track your eye movements during music score reading and take saliva samples. Both performances will take place at the Université de Montréal between May 18. And June 15. 2009.
Study under the supervision of Sylvie Hébert, PhD.
