Music, Motion and Emotion workshop
The goal of this workshop is to present and discuss current and future trends in the extraction, characterization and recognition of movement and expressive gesture in music and dance and their effects on emotional response.

CIRMMT and BRAMS are pleased to announce an upcoming workshop on Music, Motion and Emotion, organized by CIRMMT Research Axes 2 (Musical gestures, devices and motion capture) and 5 (Music perception and cognition).
The workshop will consist of talks/demonstrations by CIRMMT Distinguished Lecturer Prof. Antonio Camurri (University of Genova, Italy), and postdocs/students from the CIRMMT/BRAMS community, followed by an open discussion.
