Françoise Rochette, Speech therapist and PhD Candidate (Université de Bourgogne, France) will give a talk at BRAMS on March 3rd 2011, at 4pm, entitled “Auditory Training in deaf children”.

ABSTRACT
Auditory education constitutes an important part in the deaf children’s education after auditory rehabilitation (cochlear implants or hearing aids devices). We will present the results obtained in 2 groups of profoundly deaf children (Cochlear implants vs hearing aids recipients).

ABOUT FRANÇOISE ROCHETTE
I am a speech therapist in the region of Paris and in Burgundy. In the same time, I am doing a PhD supervised by Pr Emmanuel Bigand, Director of LEAD-CNRS 5022, University of Burgundy (Dijon, France)
